Bottles That Fit Directly With Your Baby’s Brew Warmer

Posted by Kristen Bickel on

Getting out the door with a baby can be a challenge. Having to warm up milk while out can be particularly stressful! For parents who give their babies breastmilk bottles there is the extra concern of heating the bottle properly to preserve nutrients. We know how much most babies can’t stand cold milk, so what’s a parent to do when they need to leave the house? Luckily, there’s the Baby’s Brew! It’s the first-ever battery-powered bottle warmer that can heat your baby’s bottle to 4 different temperatures.

While we do have 7 adapters available that fit over 20 additional bottle brands, there are many bottles that fit directly with your Baby's Brew warmer with absolutely no adapter needed! We have a full list of bottles that are compatible with The Baby’s Brew Portable Bottle Warmer available HERE, but we are going to talk about five of our favorites!

AVENT

AVENT baby bottles have been a popular choice for parents since 1984. They developed the first-ever anti-colic baby bottle and it continues to be the most recommended brand by moms worldwide. Even with new bottles emerging by many different companies over the years, this innovative company pays attention to what parents need for their babies.

We know that breastfed babies can sometimes be finicky about baby bottles when they are used to milk coming from a breast. Through extensive research, AVENT has designed a bottle that mimics the feel of a real breast to make the transition from breast to bottle as easy as possible.

Spectra Wide Neck Bottles

How great is it that you can pump directly into your Spectra bottle, refrigerate it until your baby is ready, and then warm it directly on your Baby's Brew warmer without ever having to transfer your milk?! Unfortunately bottle nipples are NOT included as Spectra Baby USA does not sell nipples, but since the threading is the same, you could potentially use an AVENT top with your Spectra bottle. Spectra is known for their breast pumps and this bottle is a great option for warming your stored milk on your bottle warmer.

Kiinde Twist Pouch (with the Spectra adapter that comes with your bags)

Pump, store, organize, warm, and feed using the same pouch! According to Kiinde, the Twist breastmilk storage system eliminates the need to transfer precious milk from bottles to bags and back again! Twist Pouches combine the toughness and leak-proof guarantee of a bottle with the cost-effectiveness, compact size, and convenience of a disposable breastmilk storage bag.

When you order your Kiinde Twist Pouch starter kit, it comes with an adapter for the spectra pump so you can pump directly into the bags. This adapter also works for your Baby's Brew Bottle Warmer! Since the heating element doesn't have as much contact with the milk in the bag, make sure you swirl your breastmilk for even heating. As a side note, your milk will need to be defrosted before warming with your Baby's Brew.

Minbie

The Minbie bottle is designed by a mom and the company is run by moms! Their nipple is very unique and designed to feel like a natural nipple. Their patented nipple design is proven to help with nipple confusion by nurturing their instinctive breastfeeding latch and replicating the breastfeeding motion. Minbie bottles help to make sure your baby doesn't swallow excess air and can help with reducing or stopping the symptoms of reflux and colic.

Chicco DUO

The Chicco DUO bottle is an innovative new type of bottle. It's the first-of-its-kind hybrid baby bottle, provides the wellness benefits of glass & convenience of plastic in one unique bottle. It used medical technology and actually has a glass layer on the inside that wont shatter, chip or flake to help protect the purity and plastic on the outside for durability.

The Duo bottle also features the exclusive INTUI-LATCH® nipple with a 9 out of 10 acceptance rate, breast-like flow, natural feel, and anti-colic valve. Check out this new bottle for your little one! Even better, it fits directly on your Baby's Brew Portable Bottle Warmer!

Q&A

How can I warm breastmilk?

Take the guesswork out of warming your breastmilk by using The Baby’s Brew Portable Bottle Warmer! You don’t need to worry if your breastmilk will get too hot when you can set the temperature to the perfect temp! The Baby’s Brew will hold the temperature for up to 8 hours so you can always warm a little ahead of time so a bottle is ready in a moment's notice. Or it's just 5-10 minutes to a perfectly warmed bottle!

How long do babies drink out of bottles?

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends fully weaning from the bottle by 15 months. Most dentists recommend starting weaning from a bottle to a sippy cup at 12 months.

Do baby bottles actually need to be warmed?

It is not unsafe to give your baby a cold bottle, so no, it is not required that your baby’s bottle be warmed if they will take it cold. Most babies prefer warm milk, however. We suggest using a portable bottle warmer such as the Baby’s Brew for safe and convenient warming of breastmilk and formula baby bottles.

How do baby bottle warmers work?

Generally, bottle warmers intended for home use are electric and need to be plugged in. They warm by either a steam heat mechanism or water bath. There are also portable bottle warmers that have different ways of heating. The Baby’s Brew is battery-powered, while other travel warmers may use car adapters, gel- heat technology or a water bath to warm.

What is the best baby bottle warmer?

The best baby bottle warmer is one that can be used both at home and on the go. This means it’s effective, reliable, easy to use and gives your baby the perfectly warmed milk every time. There’s only one bottle warmer that can do all this and that’s the Baby’s Brew!
